Jazz on the Menu returns to Healdsburg on Feb 7. Make a reservation at one of 12 Healdsburg restaurants for any time between 6-9 p.m. on Feb. 7. While dining, you’ll be treated to the sounds of live jazz music and a percentage of your total bill will be donated by the restaurant for the Healdsburg Jazz Festival’s education fund.  Starting at 7:30 p.m., Costeaux Bakery will host an After-Party with live music, desserts and wines available by the glass. You must have a ticket to the After-Party (available here). Tickets at the door will only be available if the event doesn’t sell out. Cost for the After-Party is $10. Restaurants participating in the event are as follows: Agave Restaurant, Baci Cafe and Wine Bar, Barndiva, Bistro Ralph, Campo Fina, Catelli’s (Geyserville), Charcuterie, Diavolo (Geyserville), Dry Creek Kitchen, Healdsburg Bar and Grill, Spoonbar, Zin Restaurant, and Costeaux Bakery. Be on hand for the world premier fundraiser of “The Raven and the Gypsy” a the Raven Performing Arts Theater on Feb. 7 at 8 0.m. at 115 North Street. The documentary film follows the Raven Players as they prepared for and performed the musical “Gypsy, A Musical Fable” during the 2011-12 season. Directed by Scott Roberts the film gives viewers a “fly on the wall” look at the fascinating process of staging a hit musical moves from concept to completion. This event celebrates the Raven and the productions that make it so special — and helps raise funds for its continued operations.  All seats: $10. Dig some true rock ‘n roll with bands Zodiac Death Valley with Special Guest HugeLarge for a performance at Frank and Ernie’s Steakhouse Seafood and Cocktails, 9 Mitchell Lane at 10 p.m. San Francisco-based ZDV has recently been described as a band that “bridges psychedelic blues rock with moody country flavors”.  More info: 433-2147
