Chef Ralph Tingle will demonstrate seasonal favorites from the Bistro Ralph’s menu at Relish Culinary Center, 14 Matheson Avenue. The menu will include the addictive Bocconcini bread balls (which, be warned, he says he’s discontinuing in the new year) and other French classics, including duck confit, chicken paillard and creme brulee. Enjoy each course with local wine. Bocconcini Chicken Livers and Paté with Crostini Duck Confit Salad Chicken Paillard with Brown Butter, Lemon & Capers Seasonal Crème Brulee This Relish class includes 12 ounces of premium wine per person served to all participants over 21 years of age. The City of Healdsburg holds its first Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting Jan. 9 beginning at 6 p.m. at Council Chambers, 401 Grove Street. The meeting will begin with call-to-order and will include time for public comment.
