Chef Ralph Tingle will demonstrate seasonal favorites from the Bistro Ralph’s menu at Relish Culinary Center, 14 Matheson Avenue. The menu will include the addictive Bocconcini bread balls (which, be warned, he says he’s discontinuing in the new year) and other French classics, including duck confit, chicken paillard and creme brulee. Enjoy each course with local wine.
