‘Month of giving’ at Looking Glass

Retail shop and champagne bar Looking Glass will be donating its Saturdays to special causes throughout December, beginning with a “One Warm Coat” coat drive and following with  days dedicated to the Healdsburg Museum, the Healdsburg Unified School District and the Healdsburg Food Pantry.

Co-owner Andrea Barrett said the store at 322 Healdsburg Ave. will make special incentives available every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., when customers can get 10 percent off on purchases and a portion of the proceeds that day will be donated to a specific charity.

Looking Glass, formerly Arboretum, re-opened earlier this year after a complete remodel, adding a champagne bar to its selection of sustainable clothing and other items. The beverage bar features a selection of champagne, champagne cocktails and non-alcoholic sparkling drinks, as well specialty sweets and savories by Healdsburg’s own Flour Girl.
