Free golf in Healdsburg on Veterans’ Day

Tayman Park in Healdsburg is offering free golf to current or former military personnel this Sunday and Monday in honor of Veterans’ Day.

The walking rate offer is good for nine or 18 holes. To book a start time, call the pro shop at 433-4275. The course is located at 927 S. Fitch Mountain Road.

Northwood, which is located in Monte Rio,  also has a Veterans’ Day promotion. On Monday, current or former military and a guest can play nine holes for $10 each. To reserve a tee time, call 865-1116. The address is 19400 Highway 116.

At both courses, a military ID or veterans’ card must be presented at check-in.
