T-Rex: ‘Winged’ Chihuahua gets second chance at life

With a birth defect that gave him a “wing” and a name, T-Rex, a mixed-breed Chihuahua was once a “throw-away” dog in the Tulare. Now the bright-eyed pooch lives in Healdsburg.
